We were recently engaged to provide a tracking system in the “Legal” domain.
We had requirements ranging from Active Directory sign-on through use of open source and mixed Microsoft Technology.
We also had requirements encompassing availability, contingency and active-active locations.
To round off the requirements, interaction with central IT agency for inter twined delivery of services as well as processing of feeds became the lynch pin for success.
Product was delivered on time, on budget, and exceeded functional expectations. An internal cultural shift had occurred during the rollout, and innovative ideas began to blossom. This resulted in a long prioritized enhancement schedule. The product success and product improvements and efficiencies were far exceeded.
